We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- Photos of the item showing the issue
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
⚠️ Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns Are Not Accepted For
- Wrong size, color, or product chosen by the customer
- Orders delayed due to the carrier or customs
- Products damaged after delivery
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@buildashelf.shop if:
- Your item is defective
- Your order arrives damaged
- You received the wrong item

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status:
- If approved, we’ll automatically refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
